- We email you a FREE Australia Post return label within 3 hours
- Drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet
- Refund processed within 5 business days of us receiving the unit
The unit must be in the original box, with the cable and instruction guide. Light wear is fine — we just need to verify it's the same unit.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
