Every Baby Cozidoo comes with a lifetime warranty.
If your Baby Cozidoo ever fails due to a manufacturing defect — broken battery, faulty heating element, electronic failure — we replace it free of charge, for the life of the product.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials, electronics, or workmanship
- Battery degradation below specified capacity within normal use
- Heating element failure under normal operation
- Lid mechanism, button, or LED failure
What's not covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
- Water damage from immersion (the unit is splash-safe but not submersible)
- Damage from non-approved cleaning products (bleach, abrasives)
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties
How to claim
Email hello@babycozidoo.com.au with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We respond within 3 hours, 7 days a week. If approved, we send you a free Australia Post return label and dispatch a replacement unit the same day we receive yours.
No fine print. No return shipping fees. No "minimum age" clauses. Just a real warranty, for life.
